日照钢铁有限公司坐落于素有“蓝天、碧海、金海滩”美誉的海滨城市--山东省日照市。是一家集烧结、炼铁、炼钢、轧钢于一体的大型钢铁联合企业，占地面积13平方公里。始建于2003年3月，厂区离黄海海岸线仅0.5公里， 2004年7月在山东省十一五规划1167发展战略中被列为山东省继济钢、莱钢、青钢之后的第四大钢铁产业基地。现有员工3500余人，年产钢量350万吨, 销售收入超过100亿元。预计到2006年将达到钢产量500万吨生产规模。主导产品为热轧H型钢，公司终发展目标将建成亚洲的H型钢生产基地。
